Milestone events include:

· Organization of new enterprise

· Assist in development of business plan; and revisions of plan over time

· Negotiate and document private offering of initial funding round

· Assist in the development and implementation of employment and registration compliance program

· Assist in negotiation, administration, and enforcement of multiple contracts simultaneously

· Assist in the development of hiring and employment protocols, incentive programs, and discipline programs

· Assist in registration of trademarks and protection of intellectual property
