· Assisted in the acquisition of multiple small temporary staffing companies

· Assisted in the integration of newly acquired businesses: assignment and assumption of contracts, transition of acquired accounts, registration of acquired assets

· Assisted in the development and implementation of multistate employment and registration compliance program

· Assisted in employment compliance and defense of employment-related claims

· Assisted in negotiation, administration, and enforcement of multiple contracts simultaneously

· Assisted in negotiation and documentation of sale of business
